With a distinguished Ph.D. in Organizational Change, Gina is also recognized as a devoted USAF spouse and a nurturing mother of two.

With a career spanning over three decades, Gina has traversed diverse healthcare landscapes, encompassing both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, assuming roles from CEO to project manager. Her credentials extend further as a Baldrige Examiner and a proficient Lean Facilitator.
